If you lose access to the identity provider you used to sign up (for example, you can’t access your Apple ID or Google account anymore), you may not be able to log in via the Sign in with Apple/Google.
If you have access to your email address:
Open Kraken’s sign in page.
Complete a password reset.
Sign in as usual with your new password.
Once you have regained access to your Kraken account, you should unlink the Identity Provider (Apple or Google) they cannot access anymore from settings - Security
If you do not have access to your email address:

Please note:
You only need to submit the Lost Access form if:
You cannot sign in with your Identity provider anymore and you cannot reset the password of your Kraken account.
This could happen if you have tied your email to Apple's Hide my Email and you do not receive Kraken's emails anymore (not even in your spam).
If your Kraken account uses a separate, valid email, you should be able to sign in normally after resetting your password - no form needed.
