Comme annoncé, nous avons mis à niveau notre configuration de dépôt sur la machine virtuelle Ethereum (EVM) afin d’améliorer l’expérience de nos utilisateurs. Cette mise à niveau a fait passer les dépôts des adresses de smart contract aux adresses standard compatibles avec l’EVM.
Toutes les méthodes de dépôt Smart Contract ont désormais expiré. Tout dépôt effectué vers une adresse Smart Contract risque d'être perdu.
Le menu déroulant permettant de sélectionner smart contract ou Unified n’est plus disponible, car toutes les méthodes de dépôt utilisent désormais par défaut la méthode Unified. Les utilisateurs peuvent continuer à utiliser les adresses de dépôt fournies sur la page de dépôt pour chaque actif.
Les nouvelles méthodes de dépôt unifiées partagent toutes la même adresse de dépôt.
Exemple : Si vous générez une adresse de dépôt Kraken pour USDT sur Ethereum, cette même adresse sera automatiquement disponible pour USDC et toutes les autres méthodes de dépôt Unified.
Les dépôts inférieurs aux montants minimums de dépôt indiqués pour chaque méthode échoueront. Nous déconseillons fortement d'envoyer des dépôts en dessous du minimum requis, car ils ne seront pas crédités. Le point de terminaison API Get Deposit Methods permet d'obtenir les minimums de dépôt les plus récents.
Flux de transactions : nous avons mis à jour notre flux de créditement des dépôts afin d'en améliorer la clarté et l'efficacité. Les dépôts effectués via les méthodes Unified sont désormais crédités avec l'identifiant de transaction correspondant à la transaction que vous avez initiée en tant qu'utilisateur. Cela signifie que le `txid` renvoyé par le point de terminaison Get Deposit Status correspond à votre identifiant de transaction. Auparavant, ce champ fournissait souvent l'identifiant de la transaction de transfert vers notre hot wallet ; les clients devaient alors consulter le champ `originators` dans la réponse pour obtenir l'identifiant de la transaction initiée par l'utilisateur. Par ailleurs, les clients ne sont plus facturés de frais de collecte on-chain pour les actifs natifs.
Réponse API : depuis l'expiration des méthodes smart contract le 10 mars 2024, les points de terminaison Get Deposit Methods et Get Deposit Addresses ne renvoient plus de résultats contenant les méthodes smart contract.
Remarque : les méthodes de retrait sur Kraken restent inchangées.

À compter du 13 février 2024, Ethereum (ETH), Ethereum Classic (ETC), Ethereum PoW (ETHW), Matic (MATIC), Energy Web Token (EWT), Avalanche (AVAX), Songbird (SGB) et Flare (FLR) prennent en charge le nouveau processus de dépôt et ne prennent plus en charge les dépôts cumulables (dépôts inférieurs aux montants minimums indiqués). Par conséquent, les frais de balayage ne sont plus facturés aux clients de Kraken.
