xStocks Futures Trading Competition Terms & Conditions

This Promotion is sponsored by Payward, Inc., known as Kraken.

The Promotion is open only to eligible customers residing in Rest of World jurisdictions where Kraken Futures is available, excluding:

• United States
• United Kingdom
• Canada
• Australia
• European Union / European Economic Area

Participants must reside in a jurisdiction where Kraken Futures trading is legally available and permitted under Kraken's Terms of Service.

The Promotion begins on May 4th, 2026 and ends on May 31st, 2026 (the "Promotion Period").

Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time in its sole discretion.

To participate in the Promotion, eligible users must:

1. Hold a Kraken Pro account in good standing.
2. Complete Intermediate verification (Full KYC) or higher, as required for Kraken Futures trading.
3. Opt in to the Promotion via the Kraken Pro web interface or mobile application during the Promotion Period.
4. Trade xStocks Perpetual Futures contracts, including any of the following instruments:
   • SPYx
   • QQQx
   • GLDx
   • NVDAx
   • TSLAx
   • AAPLx
   • GOOGLx
   • MSTRx
   • CRCLx
   • HOODx
5. Generate a minimum qualifying trading volume of USD $1,000 notional in xStocks Perps during the Promotion Period.

Participation in the Promotion is free and requires only opting into the competition. Trading activity during the Promotion Period determines participant ranking.

Only one entry per Kraken account is permitted.

This Promotion is a skill-based trading contest.

Winners will be determined based on each participant's total cumulative xStocks Perps notional trading volume executed during the Promotion Period.

Participants will be ranked in descending order of total qualifying trading volume.

The top 100 participants by trading volume will be designated as winners.

The total prize pool is 110 GLDx tokens.

If you are placed in the top 20 volume ranks, you will receive a predetermined prize of GLDx (shown below in the table).

The 30 GLDx for ranked traders 21+ will be will distributed equally among qualifying users who meet the minimum trade volume requirement. Volume Rank is based on the rank of the aggregate of your volume on all xStocks Perps during the promotion period vs that of all enrolled users.

Prizes:

• Are non-transferable

• Cannot be redeemed for cash

• May be substituted by Kraken for assets of equal or greater value at Kraken's discretion.

Rewards will be credited to winners' Kraken accounts within 30 days after Kraken verifies eligibility and compliance with these Terms.

Kraken may request additional information or documentation prior to distributing rewards.

Accounts must remain verified, active, and in good standing at the time rewards are issued.

You are eligible to participate in the Promotion if, at the time of entry and throughout the Promotion Period, you:

• Reside in one of the Eligible Areas listed above;
• Maintain a verified Kraken Pro account with the required KYC level;
• Agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service;
• Agree to these Official Rules and comply with all requirements herein.

By participating, you represent and warrant that you meet and will continue to meet all eligibility criteria.

Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant if Kraken determines, in its sole discretion, that the participant has:

• Violated these Official Rules or the Kraken Terms of Service;
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, manipulative, or non-bona fide trading activity;
• Attempted to manipulate trading volume through wash trading, self-dealing, or multiple accounts;
• Provided false or misleading information.

Kraken may also withhold or revoke prizes if a participant's account is closed, suspended, restricted, or found to be non-compliant.

By entering the Promotion, you agree that any content and any other information submitted by you or collected by Kraken in connection with the Promotion may be used by Kraken, including their affiliated business entities. Further, you consent to and opt-in to any communications, including marketing communications, from Kraken.

You give consent for Kraken and its agents to obtain and deliver your name, address and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Promotion and complying with applicable laws, regulations, and rules.

YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IF YOU ARE A WINNER, YOUR IDENTIFYING INFORMATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO YOUR NAME AND ADDRESS, MAY BE DISCLOSED TO THIRD PARTIES TO FACILITATE THE PROMOTION AND COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE LAW, TAX, AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS.

Except as otherwise contemplated in these Rules, Kraken will use personal information collected in connection with the Promotion in accordance with its online privacy policy located at:

Kraken is not responsible for any changes or unavailability of your internet or any other interference with your ability to access or otherwise participate in the Promotion, including your ability to timely enter, receive notices, or communicate with Kraken.

Without limiting any other provision in these Rules, Kraken and Kraken Related Parties are not responsible or liable for any damage or loss by reason of any acts of God, equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, epidemic, explosion, unusually severe weather, embargo, labor dispute, transportation interruption of any kind, civil disturbance, or any governmental action or other cause beyond their control.

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to and hereby do release and hold harmless Kraken and the Promotion Related Parties from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability ("Claims") that may arise from your acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize or your participation in this Promotion, regardless of whether such Claims exist at the time of entry or arise thereafter.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

1. ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION THAT CANNOT BE RESOLVED BETWEEN YOU AND KRAKEN, OR THE KRAKEN RELATED PARTIES ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION;
2. ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, IF ANY, NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS' FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE;
3. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND YOU HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED;
4. YOUR REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND YOU IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF.

Any dispute arising under or related hereto (whether for breach of contract, tortious conduct or otherwise) will be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without reference to its conflicts of law principles.

By participating in this Promotion, you agree that any dispute arising from or relating to this Promotion shall be determined by confidential binding arbitration in London, England under the LCIA rules, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations arising from receipt of any prize.

Kraken does not provide tax advice.

Kraken reserves the right to modify these Rules at any time.

Kraken reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Promotion if viruses, bugs, fraud, technical failures, regulatory changes, or other causes beyond Kraken's control impair the administration, security, or proper operation of the Promotion.

Failure to enforce any provision of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Kraken's decisions are final in all matters relating to the Promotion.

If any provision of these Rules is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
