Passing Your Evaluation

The system monitors your account equity in real time. The moment it detects that you've reached the profit target, the following happens automatically:

1. All open positions are closed. Every position on your evaluation account is closed at market price.
2. All pending orders are cancelled.
3. Your evaluation account status changes to Passed. Trading is disabled on this account.
4. A new funded account is created. This account is created with trading disabled by default. It will not be activated until you complete the required steps.
5. You receive a notification. An email and in-app notification confirm that you've passed.

You do not need to do anything to trigger the upgrade. It is fully automatic once the profit target is reached.

On the Overview page, your evaluation account will move to the Closed section with a Passed status. You'll see your final metrics including total equity, UP&L, RP&L, and the target profit you reached.

Your new funded account will appear in the Funded section, but it won't be tradeable yet. You'll need to complete the activation steps first.

After passing, there are three things you need to complete before your funded account is activated:

1. Sign the Funded Trader Agreement (sent to your email)
2. Complete full account verification (if you haven't already)
3. Kraken review of your evaluation account

• Your evaluation account cannot be reused after passing. It is permanently closed.
• The profit target is based on your account equity, which includes unrealized P&L. If open positions push your equity past the target, the pass is triggered even if you haven't closed those trades yourself.
• Fees (commissions and margin funding) are deducted before the profit target check. Your equity must reach the target after all fees.
