KFEE Volatility Promotion Terms & Conditions

This promotion (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Payward Europe Digital Solutions Ltd (“PEDSL-CY”) for EU customers, and Payward Trading Ltd (“PTL”) for customers in the rest of the world (collectively, “Kraken” or the “Sponsor”).

The Promotion is open to eligible Kraken customers residing in jurisdictions where Kraken operates, excluding the United Kingdom and any other location where restricted or prohibited by law.

The Promotion begins on February 5, 2026, and ends on March 5, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”), or earlier if the maximum number of rewards is issued.

This is an incentive promotion. To qualify, you must:

A. Hold or create a Kraken Pro account;

B. Complete all required identity verifications; and
C. Successfully open and activate Futures trading during the Promotion Period;
D. Opt in to the Promotion during the Promotion Period.

• Mobile App: Navigate to the More menu, select Promotions, tap the “Get $200 in Futures Fee Credits” promotion, and select Enroll now to opt in.
   
• Desktop: Register for the Promotion by submitting your email address via the designated registration form on the Promotion landing page.

No trading, deposit, or purchase is required.

Limit one (1) reward per person and per account.
Only the first 2,000 eligible participants who successfully complete all steps above will receive the reward.

Each eligible participant will receive USD $200 in Kraken Futures Fee Credits (“KFEE”) , credited to their Kraken Futures account.

The reward:

• Will be credited within 7 days after the promotion ends
• Is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash;
• May only be used to offset eligible futures trading fees in accordance with Kraken platform rules.

Limit one (1) reward per eligible participant.

You are eligible to participate in the Promotion if, at the time of entry and throughout the Promotion Period, you:

• Reside in an Eligible Area listed above;
• Meet the minimum age of majority in your country of residence;
• Successfully maintain a verified Kraken Pro account with an active Futures account; and
• Agree to the Kraken.com Terms of Service and these Official Rules.

Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant, in its sole discretion, if it determines that the participant has:

• Violated these Rules or the Kraken.com Terms of Service;
• Provided false or misleading information;
• Attempted to create multiple accounts or otherwise circumvent Promotion limits; or
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative behavior.
• Engaged in any conduct or activity that the Company determines, in its sole discretion, may compromise the integrity, fairness, security, or lawful operation of the Promotion, or otherwise expose the Company to risk or liability.

Rewards will be credited automatically to eligible participants’ Kraken Futures accounts within 30 days after Kraken verifies compliance with these Rules. Kraken may request additional information prior to issuing the reward.

If a participant’s account is suspended, closed, or not in good standing at the time of reward issuance, Kraken may withhold or cancel the reward.

By participating in the Promotion, you agree that any information submitted by you or collected by Kraken in connection with the Promotion may be used by Kraken and its affiliated entities for administering the Promotion and for compliance with applicable laws.

You consent to receive communications, including marketing communications, from Kraken. Personal information collected will be handled in accordance with Kraken’s Privacy Notice available at:

Kraken is not responsible for any technical issues, system errors, interruptions, or failures that may affect participation in the Promotion. Kraken and its Related Parties are not responsible for delays or failures caused by acts of God, government action, equipment failure, labor disputes, epidemics, or other events beyond their reasonable control.

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless Kraken and the Kraken Related Parties from any and all claims arising from your participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of the reward.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, YOU AGREE THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

(1) ANY DISPUTES OR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS PROMOTION SHALL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY AND WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION;
(2) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($25.00);
(3) YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO SEEK PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES; AND
(4) YOUR REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES ONLY.

Any dispute arising under or relating to this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration in London, England, under the LCIA Rules. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations arising from receipt or use of the reward. Kraken does not provide tax advice.

Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time, subject to applicable law. Failure to enforce any provision of these Rules does not constitute a waiver. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
