Kraken Derivatives US Turkey Trading Competition – Official Terms and Conditions

The sponsor of this Promotion is NinjaTrader Clearing, LLC doing business as Kraken Derivatives US (“Sponsor,” “Kraken,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Futures Commission Merchant registered with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (“CFTC”) and a member of the National Futures Association (“NFA ID #0309379”), with its principal place of business at 222 North LaSalle Street, Suite 1450, Chicago, IL 60601.

Open only to natural persons who:
(a) are legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of New York and Maine);
(b) are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater;
(c) successfully verify their account with Kraken Derivatives US (Pro account required);
(d) opt in via the competition page during the Promotion Period;
(e) place at least one eligible futures trade during the Promotion Period; and
(f) otherwise comply with Kraken’s Terms of Service and these Terms.

Institutional accounts, omnibus accounts, sub-accounts, and market makers are not eligible. Promotion void where prohibited

The Promotion begins at 8:00 a.m. Central Time on November 3, 2025 and ends at 4:00 p.m. Central Time on November 14, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

During the Promotion Period, an eligible individual must:

1. Opt in to the Promotion on the competition page by clicking “Join Now” ;
    
2. Place at least one eligible futures trade during the Promotion Period.
    

Limit: one (1) entry per participant.

(a) Leaderboard Contest – $50,000 Prize Pool
The 200 participants with the highest client scores during the Promotion Period will share a prize pool of USD $50,000 (the “Leaderboard Prize”):

• Score will be calculated using the following formula:
  Score = sum(Realized PNL) ÷ sum(Notional Value of All Contracts Traded) × 10000 x multiplier
   

where multiplier is applied when sum(Realized PNL) > 0;

if notional <$5K → multiplier = 1

if notional $5K-$10K → multiplier = 1.5

if notional $10K-$50K → multiplier = 2

if notional $50K–$100K → multiplier = 5

if notional $100K–$1M → multiplier = 8

if notional > $1M → multiplier = 10

• P&L is calculated using USD rates for all derivatives balances.
   
• Prizes will be tiered among the top 200 traders based on final ranking.
   

(b) Guaranteed Reward – $20 Credit
Each eligible participant who opts in and completes at least one futures trade during the Promotion Period will receive USD $20, credited to their Kraken Futures wallet within 7 business days after the competition ends.

Rewards will be credited to eligible participants’ Kraken Futures wallet via NinjaTrader “Courtesy” / “GoodwillCredit” ledger entries within 7 days after the Promotion ends. Ledger entries may appear as “Cash Adjustment” or similar.

Participants will be notified by email once rewards are credited.

Participants are solely responsible for all applicable taxes associated with any prize or reward. Sponsor may require completion of tax forms (e.g., IRS Form W-9) and will issue IRS Form 1099 for any participant whose cumulative prizes exceed $600, as required by law. Failure to timely provide required information may result in forfeiture.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that the participant:

• violated these Terms or the Kraken.com Terms of Service;
   
• provided false or misleading information;
   
• engaged in fraud, abuse, wash trading, self-dealing, referral gaming, or any other non-bona fide activity; or
   
• attempted to circumvent limits by creating multiple accounts or using VPNs.

Accounts must remain active, verified, and in good standing at the time of reward distribution. Sponsor may withhold or claw back any prize if eligibility is not satisfied, prohibited conduct is detected, or the account is closed, suspended, or restricted.

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name and general location for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, by participating you release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from or related to your participation in the Promotion or receipt, use, or misuse of any prize. This release does not apply to claims that cannot be released as a matter of law.

This Promotion is governed by the State of Illinois (without regard to conflicts rules). All disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures, seated in Chicago, Illinois. Participants waive the right to bring or participate in any class action. Any recovery is limited to out-of-pocket costs not exceeding $25; attorneys’ fees and punitive or consequential damages are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, legal or regulatory changes, or any other factor impairs its integrity or feasibility. Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters related to the Promotion.
