Unified wallet promotion - Official rules

This Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Payward, Inc., 1209 Orange St., Wilmington, DE 19801, USA (“Kraken” or “Sponsor”).

The Promotion is open to eligible Kraken Pro users residing in the countries listed below (“Eligible Areas”):

Excluded jurisdictions: United Kingdom, United States, European Union, and any other jurisdiction where prohibited by law.

The Promotion begins on December 8, 12:00 PM UTC and ends on December 29, 23:59 PM UTC (the “Promotion Period”).

Rewards are limited to the first 1,000 eligible users who successfully complete all qualifying requirements.

Opt-ins must be completed during the Promotion Period to qualify. Eligibility is determined by the timestamp of the final qualifying action (completion of the Futures trade as specified in Section 4).

To qualify for the Promotion, participants must complete all of the following steps during the Promotion Period:

1. Opt in to the Promotion using the official Kraken landing page.

2. Activate your Kraken Futures account if not already done.

3. Enable the Unified Wallet feature from your account settings.

4. Execute at least one (1) Futures trade before the end of the Promotional perdiod.
   
   Rewards are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Eligibility order is determined by the timestamp of the participant's final qualifying action (Futures trade completion). Only the first 1,000 participants who complete all four steps will receive the Reward.

Each eligible participant who completes all steps will receive the Reward described below.

Each eligible participant will receive $100 USD equivalent in Futures bonus vouchers (“USD-Credit”), credited to their Kraken Futures wallet by January 5, 2026.

• The Reward may be used to open or maintain Futures positions.
• The Reward is non-withdrawable.
• The Reward expires 14 days after issuance if unused.
• Limit: One (1) Reward per eligible account.

• Total reward pool: $100,000 USD, distributed to a maximum of 1,000 eligible users on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Once 1,000 users have qualified or the $100,000 pool is exhausted, no additional Rewards will be distributed, even if the Promotion Period has not ended

Participants must:

• Hold a Kraken Pro account with Intermediate or Pro verification;
• Have an active Kraken Futures account in good standing;
• Reside in one of the Eligible Areas;
• Be among the first 1,000 users to complete all qualifying requirements;
• Comply with Kraken’s Terms of Service and these Official Rules.

Employees, contractors, agents, or representatives of Kraken or its affiliates, and their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible.

Kraken reserves the right to disqualify any participant if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the participant has:

• Violated these Rules or the Kraken.com Terms of Service;
• Engaged in multi-accounting, wash trading, bonus stacking, or other manipulative conduct;
• Provided false or misleading information; or
• Otherwise acted in bad faith or contrary to the intent of the Promotion.

Kraken may withhold, cancel, or claw back any Reward if eligibility is not met or if abuse is detected.

Rewards will be automatically credited to eligible participants’ Kraken Futures wallets by January 5, 2026.
Participants will not receive separate notification beyond the account credit.

Participants who complete all steps but are not among the first 1,000 eligible users will not receive a Reward and will not be notified separately.

Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be handled in accordance with Kraken’s Privacy Policy: https://kraken.com/legal/privacy

By participating, you consent to Kraken’s use of your personal data to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, and comply with applicable laws and reporting obligations.

Kraken is not responsible for any errors, delays, or technical failures that interfere with participation in the Promotion.
Without limiting the foregoing, Kraken and its affiliates are not liable for any acts of God, equipment failures, internet outages, natural disasters, or governmental actions that disrupt or cancel the Promotion.

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Kraken and its affiliates from any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from your participation or Reward use.

Governing Law & Arbitration 

This Promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Promotion shall be resolved by confidential binding arbitration under the LCIA Rules, seated in London, England. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Kraken may seek equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Kraken reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time without notice.
Failure to enforce any provision of these Rules does not constitute a waiver.
If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
