Asset Support for BCM clients

The information below only applies to clients who are migrating their BCM account to Kraken.

As part of BCM's ongoing acquisition by Kraken, some assets currently available on BCM will not be supported on Kraken and will therefore be delisted from BCM. Please review the following information outlining the assets no longer supported and what you need to do next.

If you are migrating from BCM:

To ensure the smooth handling of your assets, you should either sell or withdraw the affected assets from the BCM platform before January 7, 2025.

How to Sell from BCM:

    Sign in to your BCM account, navigate to your coin wallet, and click on Trade.

  2. 2

    Select Sell and specify the maximum amount you wish to sell.

  3. 3

    Once completed, the proceeds will be added to your euro wallet.

How to Withdraw from BCM:

  1. 1

    Sign in to your BCM account, navigate to your coin wallet, and click on Trade.

  2. 2

    Select Withdraw, indicate the maximum amount, and provide the wallet address you'd like to withdraw your coins to.

  3. 3

    Confirm the address and finalize the transaction.

If you do not take action before January 7, 2025, BCM will automatically sell your assets at the prevailing market price after the deadline. The balance will then be added to your Euro wallet.

This delisting is necessary to facilitate the transfer of BCM accounts to Kraken, as these particular assets are not supported on Kraken’s platform. We appreciate your understanding as we work with BCM to provide an enhanced crypto trading experience with our robust services.
