How to get verified on Krak

After your account is created, verifying your account will allow you to send and receive cash and crypto. 

To verify your account:

    Once your account and Kraktag have been created, tap your profile picture in the top left corner.

    Tap your Kraktag at the top of the page.

    Note: the verification screen may differ depending on your location.

    Tap Features and limits.

    You also may be required to fill out additional information due to regulations in certain locations.

    Tap Increase limit on the bottom right of the page. 

    Note: the verification screen may differ depending on your location

    Tap Continue, then follow the steps to upload your ID. You may also be required to fill out additional information due to regulations in certain locations. 

  6. 6

    After you've submitted your ID, please allow some time for our team to review your application and you’ll be notified on the Krak App once the verification is complete.
