Conforme anunciado recentemente, estamos atualizando nossa configuração de depósitos na Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) para aprimorar a experiência dos nossos clientes. Esta atualização envolve a migração de endereços de smart contract para endereços padrão compatíveis com EVM para depósitos.
Todos os métodos de depósito via smart contract expiraram. Qualquer depósito enviado para um endereço de smart contract corre o risco de ser perdido.
O menu suspenso para selecionar Smart Contract ou Unified não está mais disponível, pois todos os métodos de depósito passarão a usar o método Unified como padrão. Os clientes podem continuar usando os endereços de depósito exibidos na página de depósito para cada ativo.
Todos os novos métodos de depósito unificados compartilham o mesmo endereço de depósito.
Exemplo: Se você gerar um endereço de depósito Kraken para USDT na Ethereum, o mesmo endereço ficará disponível para USDC e todos os demais métodos de depósito Unified.
Recomendamos fortemente que você atualize todos os endereços salvos em plataformas ou carteiras externas com os novos endereços Unified antes de 10/03/2024 e exclua quaisquer endereços de smart contract salvos em plataformas externas para evitar que depósitos sejam enviados por engano a um método de depósito via smart contract expirado.
Depósitos abaixo dos mínimos de depósito indicados em cada método falharão. Recomendamos fortemente que não envie depósitos abaixo do mínimo, pois eles não serão creditados. O endpoint da API Get Deposit Methods retorna os valores mínimos de depósito mais atualizados.
Fluxo de transações: atualizamos nosso fluxo de crédito de depósitos para maior clareza e eficiência. Agora, os depósitos realizados pelos métodos Unified serão creditados com o ID de transação correspondente à transação iniciada por você, o cliente. Isso significa que o `txid` retornado pelo endpoint Get Deposit Status corresponderá ao seu ID de transação. Anteriormente, esse campo frequentemente retornava o ID da transação de transferência para nossa hot wallet, e os clientes precisavam consultar o campo `originators` na resposta para obter o ID da transação iniciada pelo cliente. Além disso, os clientes não serão mais cobrados pela taxa de varredura on-chain para ativos nativos.
Resposta da API: após a expiração dos métodos de smart contract em 10/03/2024, os endpoints Get Deposit Methods e Get Deposit Addresses não retornarão mais resultados com os métodos de smart contract.
Observação: os métodos de saque na Kraken permanecem inalterados.

A partir de 13 de fevereiro, Ethereum (ETH), Ethereum Classic (ETC), Ethereum PoW (ETHW), Matic (MATIC), Energy Web Token (EWT), Avalanche (AVAX), Songbird (SGB) e Flare (FLR) passarão a suportar o novo fluxo de depósito e não aceitarão mais depósitos acumuláveis (depósitos abaixo dos mínimos estabelecidos). Além disso, esses ativos passarão a usar o novo fluxo de depósito, e a taxa de varredura on-chain deixará de ser cobrada dos clientes da Kraken.
