Brazilian Real (BRL) withdrawals will be taken from your BRL1 stablecoin balance - a stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the Brazilian Real.
On the homepage on the Withdraw button.
Under the asset dropdown select BRL.

After selecting BRL, choose PIX Transfer as your withdrawal method. Click I understand to continue.

Under the assets dropdown you will see your BRL1 stablecoin balance.

Enter your CPF that is connected to a bank account linked to your CPF.
Enter your PIX key and the amount you wish to withdraw.
PIX key: is a unique identifier that represents your bank account in Brazil. You use it when you want to withdraw money.

Click Continue and review the pop-up screen with important withdrawal details.
Click Confirm to complete your withdrawal.
Open the Kraken app and go to the Portfolio tab.
Tap BRL from the list of available assets.
Note: Although you’re withdrawing BRL, the amount will be taken from your BRL1 stablecoin balance.


Enter your CPF.
Enter your PIX key. (Do not use the one in the image, this is just an example)

Enter the amount you want to withdraw.


Once ready tap Confirm to complete your withdrawal.
