What is Kraken Card?

The Kraken Card is a Mastercard debit card that lets you spend crypto and cash from your Krak Everyday account balance - online, in-store, and at ATMs across 190+ countries. Earn up to 2% cashback on eligible purchases, pay zero fees, and transact in 600+ currencies. It's available in virtual and physical formats for verified Kraken personal account holders in the UK and EEA. Choose your card design in the Kraken app, then use the same login in Krak to activate and manage it day to day.

Kraken Card is only available to individual clients located in the United Kingdom and EEA with a verified personal Kraken account. Business accounts will not access the feature.

Get your virtual Kraken Card

Open the Kraken app and start the card sign-up flow. Make sure you have the latest version of the app from the App Store or Google Play.

Select a card color.

Familiarise yourself with our Kraken Card terms of service.

Download the Krak app and sign in with your Kraken login (same email and password — no new account, no new verification).

Add your card to Apple Pay or Google Pay with 1-click — your virtual card is ready to use.

Please note that this virtual card is not disposable and is intended for long-term use. There is a limit of three virtual cards per rolling 30-day period.

Get your physical Kraken Card

Complete the virtual card setup first.
Tap Yes, get the physical card.
Choose how your name should appear, then tap Continue, then OK.
Confirm your shipping address (residential or an alternative address). A phone number is not required.
That's it — your card is on its way. Activate it once it arrives.

How to add your virtual Kraken Card to your Apple or Google Wallet

Once your virtual card is ready to use, tap ‘’Add to Apple/Google Wallet’’

Tap whether you want your card added to your phone or watch.

Follow the instructions on screen, such as accepting the device provider T&Cs. That’s it! Now your virtual card is added to your wallet.
