Changes to PHA (Phala) support on Kraken

We updated support for PHA (Phala) on Kraken, which is currently available on three chains: Ethereum (ERC20), the Phala Network, and the Khala Network.

Our platform supports PHA funding on the Khala Network and spot trading for PHA/USD and PHA/EUR.

What's changing?

In alignment with the Phala team’s plan to sunset the Khala Network, Kraken discontinued PHA funding (deposits and withdrawals) on the Khala Network effective Wednesday 8th January, 3PM UTC.

Note:

Spot trading for PHA (PHA/USD, PHA/EUR) will remain available.

What's next?

We are collaborating with the Phala team to transition our PHA balances from the Khala Network to Ethereum (ERC20) on a 1:1 basis. Once this migration is complete, we will enable PHA deposits and withdrawals on Ethereum (ERC20).
