First you will need to have ETH in your account. You can obtain ETH by either buying or depositing Ethereum into your Kraken account.

Once you have signed in via the Kraken Pro website, click on Earn in the left-hand sidebar.

Then click the Stake button.

Select ETH and enter the amount you wish to stake. Ensure that the Bonded option is selected.

Carefully read through all the information provided. Click Stake to acknowledge and agree to initiate the staking process.

Once ETH staking has been initiated, you will be redirected to the Portfolio tab. Here you will see your staked assets, pending transactions and history. There is no bonding period and you will accrue rewards immediately.
