If you are unstaking with the Kraken Pro app, please follow the steps found in this article.
Once you are signed in, navigate to Earn at the top of the page.
Under your Staking assets, click on the ellipsis (...) next to the asset you want to unstake and click Unstake.

Enter the amount you wish to unstake and then click Unstake.

Under the History>Earn section you will see a new entry with the unstaked amount in Initiated status.
Flexible term staked funds will change to Success a few minutes later, and the funds will be available again in your Spot balance. Bonded term staked assets will remain in Confirming status and then change to Success after the listed lockup period is over.
