Generally, Kraken Support does not send either PGP signed or PGP encrypted emails.

However, we are able to receive plain-text emails that use the OpenPGP standard and can send PGP encrypted emails to you, if you make the request.

Please note that response times can be delayed by the requirement to manually encrypt our messages before we send them to you.

Our support team can only send and receive encrypted emails if you have shared your public key with us through your account settings.

Alternatively, you can copy and paste the below text into a text editor and save it as a .asc file, after which you may import it into your PGP software.
