When processing digital assets deposits in our system they are labelled to inform you about their transaction status. The transaction statuses tells you at what stage of processing your deposit is. Below is a list of these transaction statuses for digital assets deposit and what they mean.
Status | Meaning | Action to take |

Pending/Processing | The transaction is confirming on its respective digital assets network. | None |
Credited* | The deposit has received enough confirmations on its respective network to be credited to your account. Funds can be used for trading, but withdrawals are not yet available. | None |
Successful | The deposit has received the required amount of confirmations on its respective digital assets network to be credited to your account. Funds are available for both trading and withdrawal. | None |
On hold | The deposit has been held and has to be manually checked by our support staff. |
*Not all cryptocurrencies use the Credited status. For assets where the standard confirmation count is fast enough, deposits move directly from Confirming to Completed.
