Certain transactions, such as ACH purchases, Paypal, debit or credit card purchases or digital wallet purchases will trigger a temporary (72 hour) withdrawal hold on the account, for security purposes. Cash deposits via ACH Plaid are held from withdrawal for 7 days. This hold applies to withdrawals in any crypto or fiat currency.
On the homepage of your account, click the Portfolio tab followed by the Withdraw button.

Select or search for the crypto you want to withdraw.
💡 Tip: You can narrow your search by selecting the Cash or Crypto tabs.

Choose the correct network. Different cryptocurrencies can be withdrawn on different networks. Always select the same network that your receiving wallet uses.
Withdrawing to an incompatible network can result in permanent loss of funds.
💡 Example: Ethereum (ETH) and Bitcoin (BTC) use different networks, each with its own fees and minimum deposit limits. You can compare supported networks and their fees here.

Enter the withdrawal amount. Make sure the amount you enter meets the minimum withdrawal requirement. If your balance is below the minimum, the transaction cannot be processed.
Confirm your withdrawal details. Double-check that:
The network you selected is correct.
The “To” field contains your correct withdrawal address.
Add a new withdrawal address (if needed).
If you don’t have a saved address, you can manually copy and paste the address into the Withdraw address field or open your webcam to scan your QR code.
If you are asked for an authenticator app code, then you have 2FA for funding enabled on your account and would need to use the 2FA you set up for funding (this is different from your Sign-in 2FA).
Note: You will not receive an email confirmation for the withdrawal. You can keep track of your withdrawal status by viewing your recent transactions in the activity tab.
You may receive an error message or not be able to withdraw for the following reasons:
