How to connect your Kraken Pro account to TradingView

Connecting your Kraken Pro account to TradingView takes about two minutes. Once connected, you can place orders directly from the TradingView broker panel.
You need:
- A verified Kraken account
- A TradingView account (free or paid)
Connecting on iOS?
Install the Kraken Pro app and sign in first before you link TradingView. This ensures the smoothest connection experience to TradingView.
1. Open TradingView (web, desktop, or mobile).
2. Open a chart for any asset.
3. Click Trade in the top-right corner of the page.
4. In the broker list, select Kraken. If you already have a broker connected, select “Connect another broker”, then select Kraken. After selecting Kraken, click Connect.
5. You'll be redirected to Kraken's login page. Enter your Kraken credentials, then allow the connection.
6. After allowing the connection, you may be prompted to authenticate your account. Complete the authentication step.
7. Once authenticated, the Kraken broker panel will appear in your TradingView workspace.
That's it! The connection generally persists between sessions, though you may occasionally need to reconnect.
- Your Kraken Pro balances appear in the TradingView broker panel
- You can place orders from inside TradingView
- Positions and order history update in real time
- No API keys are created or required, since the connection uses OAuth
- In TradingView, open the Trading Panel.
- Click the settings icon next to Kraken Pro.
- Select Log out.
Disconnecting does not affect your Kraken Pro account, balances, or open positions. It only removes the connection between TradingView and your account.
