Requirements
To deposit funds with Canada Post your Kraken account must be verified to the Intermediate level.
To deposit funds with Canada Post:
- 1Sign in to your Kraken account and navigate to the Funding tab.
- 2Click the Deposit button.
- 3Search for CAD (Canadian Dollars) and click on it.
- 4Then, click Manually to deposit via your bank.If you wish to deposit directly via Interac, you can find deposit instructions in our support article: How do I fund my account with an Interac e-Transfer?
- 5Select In-Person Payments (IPP) option from the drop-down menu of deposit methods.
- 6Take a clear photo or screenshot of your QR code.
- 7Go to your local Canada Post office and have them scan your QR code.
- 8Pay with physical cash or debit.
- 9The funds should reach your Kraken account within 30-60 minutes.
