If you experience technical issues with the Kraken Pro mobile app, please follow these steps:

    Make sure you are signing into the app correctly. Ensure that you are using the correct sign in 2FA.

    Make sure your Kraken Pro app and phone are up-to-date.

    Some final steps to follow:
    • Try force closing and re-opening the app.
    • Logging in and out of the app.
    • Restarting your device. 
If none of these steps solve the issue, please contact Kraken Support and provide the following details:
  • Your Kraken app version number.
  • Your mobile device information (brand, model and operating system version).
