To find the total cash (USD/CAD/EUR) value of your balances on a particular date:

If you are using the Kraken Pro interface you will be able to see a comprehensive view of your historical balances on the Portfolio tab. This will show you a graph of the value in your selected currency over time.

It will help to organize your work on a spreadsheet application, as shown below:
