As per Kraken’s acquisition of Coin Meester B.V. (BCM), existing French and Polish clients wishing to continue using Kraken, have been migrated to BCM and are required to update or confirm their account information.
To ensure an uninterrupted experience, please update your information before November 1, 2024.
How to update your account information:
If you have a Global Settings Lock (GSL) enabled, please deactivate it to continue the process.
- 1.On account sign in, you will be prompted to review our new Terms of Service (TOS).To continue, click Get started.
- 2.Once you have reviewed the TOS, click Agree & continue.
- 3.Next, fill in the Additional information form. This is to help ensure we have the correct information.
- 4.You will then be prompted to re-submit an identification document (ID card or Passport).
- 5.If all documentation submitted is correct, that's it! Please allow some time for our team to process your submission.
If you do not wish to provide additional information, please withdraw your assets from the platform and contact Kraken Support to close your account.
