Below are instructions detailing how to create and download an export of your Kraken account history using the Documents Center.
Alternatively, you may export your account history via API.

Our Support team is not able to place or download history export requests on your behalf.

- 1.Go to the Documents Center:After signing in, click your profile icon in the top-right corner. Choose Documents from the dropdown menu.
- 2.Create an export request:In the Exports section, click the Create Export button in the top-right corner.Then, select one of the following Export Types:- Trades: Shows detailed execution information for both margin and non-margin trades.- Ledgers: Includes deposits, withdrawals, fees, and other balance changes over time.- Balances: Provides a snapshot of your balances at a specific date (including fiat equivalents, if applicable).Choose filters based on the export type you select. Trades and Ledgers require a start and end date, while Balances only require one date. You can also narrow your results by assets or trading pairs, include or exclude specific fields, and choose your preferred file format (PDF or CSV).
Note: It is not possible to directly export Order history. You can, however, reconstruct order activity by reviewing your Trades export.
- 3.Submit your export request:Click Generate to submit your request. The request will appear in the Exports list with the status of Queued. Export requests can take anywhere from a few minutes to up to a week to process.
- 4.Download your export:When you see the download icon enabled, it is ready for download.If you remain on the page, the file may start downloading automaticcaly. Otherwise, click the Download icon for the corresponding export entry. Your export will download in your chosen format, CSV or PDF, depending on your selection.
Note: We currently do not send email notifications when your export is ready. You will need to check the Documents page manually to see when the export is ready for download.
