Transferring funds to your futures wallet

Transferring to and from Futures Wallets

To trade on the Kraken Pro UI you will need to transfer funds from your spot wallet directly to your futures wallet.

Note: Only the multi-collateral futures wallet is available on Pro.

Click on an action below to view step-by-step instructions:

Navigate to the Portfolio tab and then click Futures
Click the ‘Transfer to Futures’ button
Choose the currency you wish to transfer and then enter the amount you wish to transfer. Make sure it meets our minimums.
Click on ‘Preview Transfer’ to review the transfer details and then click ‘Confirm Transfer’.
Once submitted, you will see a green notification at the bottom right of the screen with your transfer details.

After a few seconds your funds will be in your Futures account and you are ready to start trading.

Navigate to the Portfolio tab and then click Futures
Click the ‘Transfer to Spot’ button
Choose the currency you wish to transfer and then enter the amount you wish to transfer. Make sure it meets our minimums.
Click on ‘Preview Transfer’ to review the transfer details and then click ‘Confirm Transfer’.
Once submitted you will see the pop up and after a few seconds your funds will be in your Spot wallet.

Transfers between spot and futures are free, seamless, and typically take less than 10 seconds to complete.

Note: these minimums only apply for transfers between spot and futures.
