Kraken’s VIP Portal is a dedicated space within Kraken Pro where eligible clients can access account information, granular trading data and statistics, their Account Manager’s contact details and more.
What is a VIP client?

The Kraken VIP status is assigned to clients based on historic trading volume and platform activity.

Features of the VIP Portal

  • Quick access to primary and backup Account Manager contact details.

  • Advanced trading information such as usage statistics, taker/maker volumes and API actions.

  • Institutional liquidity information.

  • VIP surveys.

How do I access the VIP Portal?

    Go to pro.kraken.com and sign in to your Kraken account.

    Click on the down arrow to the right of your account name at the top right of the screen, and click on VIP:
