Deposit limits for German clients with a personal account
This article is tailored to clients located in Germany. If you are not based in Germany, please visit this article.

How limits work

After re-verification, your account will have a deposit limit of 25,000 EUR equivalent for the last 30 days of activity (Level 1 limit). Both crypto and cash deposits count towards this deposit limit. The same limit will also apply to newly created accounts.
If you send a deposit that would put your account over the Level 1 deposit limit, your deposit will be put on hold and you will be required to provide a proof of source of funds (PoSoF) document the next time you log into your account. The funds will be released once the submitted document has been reviewed by our team. Further deposits will also be put on hold until your document has been verified. Easy bank transfers and Paypal deposits will also be disabled until the document is submitted and verified.
Accounts that have successfully provided a PoSoF document will have a new deposit limit of 100,000 EUR equivalent on a 30-day rolling window (Level 2 limit). A further deposit that would put your account over the Level 2 limit will also be put on hold and a further PoSoF document will be requested. The funds will be released once the submitted document has been reviewed by our team. The account deposit limit will then become unlimited (Level 3).
The limit will be displayed and calculated in USD (even for currencies other than USD). The exchange rates used to determine funding limits are based on a weighted moving average for the last 24 hours.
