If your Kraken withdrawal status is Sending and you made the withdrawal less than two days ago it is likely that the withdrawal is still processing. Processing times for SynapseFi withdrawals can take up to two days.

If you made your withdrawal more than two days ago please open a Support ticket for further assistance. 

If your withdrawal status states Failed please contact our Support team. 

Ensure that the bank account you are withdrawing to can receive a Fedwire. The intermediary field should be left blank unless specified by your bank. 

If you see a message to Contact Support it could mean you are using the Kraken mobile app. You cannot withdraw via SynapseFi through the app. Please visit https://www.kraken.com/ to make a withdrawal through SynapseFi.

If your Kraken deposit status is Confirming for less than two business days:

• Processing times for SynapseFi deposits can take up to 1-2 business days.

If your Kraken deposit status is Confirming for more than two business days or does not show up in your Kraken account.

If you see a message No deposit method available it could mean you are using the mobile app and cannot deposit via SynapseFi through the app. Please visit https://www.kraken.com/ to make a deposit through SynapseFi. 

SynapseFi only supports Fedwire transactions. For more information visit our ACH online banking via  the Kraken app or our Digital wallet payment method using Apple pay and Google pay. 

If the message "Your documents are still reviewing" has been visible for more than a few hours please contact Support for further assistance.

If you see the message "One of the document has not been accepted by our payment processor" please contact Support for further assistance.

If you would like to increase you SynapseFi deposit and withdrawals limits you will have to provide a Proof of Source of Funds document (POSOF). To submit a POSOF document and increase your limits please contact Support.
