Clients who are residents of Japan and who created an account with us prior to September, 2020, will need create a new account in order to use our services. Unfortunately, we are not able able to migrate older accounts, and clients will need to create a new account.
If you wish to use the same email address on your new account that you used on your old account, you will need to change the email address on your old account to "free" it up to be used with your new account.
