Fidor Bank funding provider
Funding via Fidor Bank has been discontinued.
We no longer support Fidor Bank EUR deposits and EUR withdrawal options. Please use other EUR deposit and EUR withdrawal methods available on your funding page.
All deposits that reach our Fidor bank account after July 10, 2023 will be returned automatically to the sending bank account. If you have sent a deposit to this bank account, the funds are going to be credited back to your bank account within a few days.

Fidor wind down FAQ

Why is Kraken discontinuing funding operations via Fidor Bank?
Fidor Bank has announced it will wind down operations in 2023. As a result, we have worked closely with Fidor to organize a seamless transition of our operations away from Fidor by mid-2023. 
Can I still deposit EUR via Fidor Bank?
Deposits via Fidor Bank have been discontinued. We no longer display the Fidor (SEPA) and Fidor (Wire Transfer) deposit methods on your account funding page. Deposits that reach our Fidor bank account after July 10, 2023 will be returned automatically to the sending bank account. If you have sent a deposit to this bank account, the funds are going to be credited back to your bank account within a few days.
