If you experience technical issues with the Kraken Pro mobile app, please follow these steps:
- Make sure you've properly generated the API key. Edit your API key's settings if they differ from the example.
- Make sure your Kraken Pro app and phone are up-to-date.
- Clear the cache and storage of your Kraken Pro app.

If none of these steps solve the issue, please contact Kraken Support using the "Mobile App" support form and provide the following details:
- Your Kraken app version number.
- Your mobile device information (brand, model and operating system version).

The app version number can be found by pressing the menu button in the upper-left corner of the app.
The app version number will be shown below the Sign out button.
