1. Make sure you've properly generated the API key. Edit your API key's settings if they differ from the example.
2. Make sure your Kraken Pro app and phone are up-to-date.

If none of these steps solve the issue, please contact Kraken Support using the "Mobile App" support form and provide the following details:
- Your Kraken app version number?
- Your mobile device information? (brand, model, and operating system version)

The app version number can be found by pressing the menu button in the upper-left corner of the app.
The app version number will be just above the "Sign out" button.
