- Make sure you are signing into the app correctly. If you are using your username and password, ensure that you are using the correct sign in 2FA.
If you are using an API key make sure you've properly generated the API key. Edit your API key's settings if they differ from the example. Note that not all features will be available using this method. - Make sure your Kraken Pro app and phone are up-to-date.
- Clear the cache and storage of your Kraken Pro app.
- Some final steps to follow:
- Try force closing and re-opening the app.
- Logging in and out of the app.
- Restarting your device.
