We monitor incoming deposits for possible accidental duplicates. When we receive two or more deposits for the same amount within 72-hours, our system places the ‘duplicate(s)’ on hold for further review and manual release.
To expedite the release, please provide your deposit receipt(s) as an attachment in an email.
We suggest slightly altering the amounts sent to avoid the automatic hold. For example, instead of depositing $500 twice within 72 hours, deposit $498 and $500.
