We support USDT deposits and withdrawals on ERC-20, and TRC-20. We do not support OMNI layer.
USDT should only be deposited to your ERC-20, TRC-20 generated address. USDT deposits to Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Ethereum (ETH) or Tron (TRX) generated addresses will not be credited and cannot be recovered.
USDT (ERC-20) and Ethereum (ETH) use the same address format as well as USDT (TRC-20) and TRON (TRX). Ensure you are using the correct address for the asset you are depositing prior to sending.
