Have an account with Kraken that is verified as follows:
- Personal clients: Intermediate or Pro verified
- Business clients: Pro verified and participated in the KYC update

Kraken Futures is not available to clients in the regions listed below:

*Retail clients in the UK and AU cannot trade Futures.
**Canadian clients residing in Alberta need to meet meet specific requirements in order to access Futures trading. Ontario clients cannot trade Futures.
