"Insufficient Documentation" error - Domestic USD

If you get an "Insufficient Documentation" error while attempting to make a domestic USD transaction, this means that we are either missing, or unable to validate documentation associated with your account. Tier verification and USD funding verification occur separately, and passing Tier 3 verification does not guarantee that USD funding verification will validate automatically.

 The documents you may be required to resubmit includes one or more of the following:

  • US Government-issued ID such as passport, drivers license, etc
  • Social Security Number (SSN)
  • Proof of Residence document
  • ID Confirmation photo
