"Account documents" error (domestic USD funding)

Are you receiving the following error while trying to access domestic USD deposit or withdrawal options?

"One of your account documents has not been accepted by our payment processor. Please contact support so they can assist you."

This error may happen only after Intermediate or Pro verification, and does not affect your Kraken verification level in any way. It only affects the USD funding option on your Kraken account.
