Dot vs comma decimal separator

As a US-based company, we use dots (.) instead of commas (,) to separate decimals.

Not all parts of the world separate decimals in the same way. In Europe, South America, and parts of Africa and South East Asia, commas are used to separate decimals. So 1,000.50 would be written as 1.000,50.

Unfortunately, our CSV exports only come in the US-friendly format, regardless of our clients' region. It is currently not possible to export data with comma decimal separators.

If you live in a country which uses comma decimal separators, your spreadsheet application will likely wrongly interpret our CSV files. For example, a fee of 1 cent (0.01) will be shown as 100 dollars.

To properly view your data export, please make sure that your spreadsheet application uses dots as decimal separators.
