Prior to May 16th, 2018, CAD withdrawals would never be updated from "Sending" status to "Success" status – even once the client has received the withdrawal. There's no automatic way for us to tell if/when a client has received a withdrawal.
EUR and USD withdrawals are just marked as "Success" after two weeks from the date they were sent.
CAD withdrawals were never marked as "Success" until May 16th, 2018.
The way the ledger data works is until a withdrawal is marked as "Success", it does not get deducted from the balance.
So CAD balance information for ledger entries before May 16th, 2018 is inaccurate. For those ledger entries, clients have to manually deduct CAD withdrawals from the CAD balance.
