Public call examples (you can try it directly in the browser)

Public API calls return data that is freely and publicly accessible by anyone who calls the Kraken API. Below are some examples of public calls that you can try directly in your browser or use an application to call.

OHLC:

Ticker:

Depth (Order book):

Get tradable asset pairs:

Notes:

  • You can add options to public calls after “?” sign and concatenate it with “&” sign
  • Removing arguments from some calls will return you an error {"error":["EGeneral:Invalid arguments"]}
