If you have recently deposited CAD to your Kraken account and you'd like to request the funds be recalled back to your bank account, you can do so in 3 ways:
Option 1 - You can ask your sending financial institution to recall the funds. Once your request is placed, we will reach out to you via email.
Option 2 - You can create a support ticket to proactively ask us for further direction.
Option 3 - If you want to recall your funds because you have not used the correct Kraken deposit instructions (i.e. you have not used our account name, the SWIFT is incorrect and/or our bank account number is incorrect), you may ask your bank to send an amendment to your wire transfer instead of asking for a return.
Once one of these options is conducted, we will review your request along with our bank and we will work on returning your funds at our best-effort.
