If you have recently deposited CAD to your Kraken account and you'd like to request the funds be recalled back to your bank account, you can do so in three ways:
Option 1 - You can ask your sending financial institution to recall the funds. Once your request is placed, we will reach out to you via email.
Option 2 - You can create a support ticket to proactively ask us for further direction.
Option 3 - If you want to recall your funds because you have not used the correct Kraken deposit instructions (i.e. you have not used our account name, the SWIFT is incorrect or our bank account number is incorrect), you may ask your bank to send an amendment to your wire transfer instead of asking for a return.
Once one of these options is conducted, we will review your request along with our bank and we will work on returning your funds at our best-effort.
