If your wire transfer transaction does not arrive within the estimated time frame, here are the steps to take.
1a. If it's a deposit:
- Check your wire transfer receipt to make sure you entered our bank details correctly.
1b. If it's a withdrawal:
- Check that all of your banking information on your Kraken account is correct.
- Do not contact our sending bank as doing so will result in additional delays.
