Delays in wire transfers (deposits and withdrawals)

If your wire transfer transaction does not arrive within the estimated time frame, here are the steps to take.

(1a) If it's a deposit:

  • Check your wire transfer receipt to make sure you entered our bank details correctly and included the given reference number.

(1b) If it's a withdrawal:

  • Check that all of your banking information on your Kraken account is correct.
  • Do not contact our sending bank as doing so will result in additional delays.

(2) Check if there are any banking holidays.
