We do not currently support deposits via ACH. You can make an online banking purchase using the Buy Crypto widget on the website and Kraken app. 

ACH is an electronic network for financial transactions in the United States. If your bank advises you to make a bank transfer using ACH, you should not carry this out.

If you send funds to deposit using ACH, they will take roughly five business days to reach our bank and they will automatically be returned to you, which will take another five business days.

As such, attempting to deposit using ACH will result in significant delays.
