A Memo is an extra piece of information that can be included when sending a Stellar transaction. When you create an XLM deposit address, a unique Memo is also generated, and you need to include this Memo when sending an XLM deposit. We use this Memo to determine to what account any given transaction should be credited. This is because all Kraken accounts use a single XLM deposit address,
GA5XIGA5C7QTPTWXQHY6MCJRMTRZDOSHR6EFIBNDQTCQHG262N4GGKTM. When you don't include the provided Memo with your deposit, we have no way of knowing to whom the deposit belongs.

Please submit a request and fill out the form to state that you have a missing XLM deposit. Please fill out the form with as much detail as possible, and include with your request the Transaction ID of your missing deposit. Our team will be in touch as soon as possible.
