My bank is asking for deposit information that I can't find on your site.

We offer different bank transfer options for some national currencies (in the drop-down menu). If you can't find the information your bank requires under one option, you will probably find it by looking under the other option. For example, if you can't find the info you need under "SEPA," you may find it under "Wire." 

If you can't find any bank deposit information at all, it could be that you aren't verified to Tier 2 yet (the minimum level for bank deposits).
