The system won't accept my Phone Number (Tier 1)

When applying for Tier 1 verification, you’ll be asked to enter your mobile or landline phone number. If your phone number is not accepted by our system you can use the following suggestions to resolve the issue:

  • Enter phone number without country code
  • Enter phone number without spaces
  • Enter phone number country code using "00" instead of "+"
  • Enter phone number without the local area code

If you are still unable to enter your phone number, open a support ticket to request a change. In your message state your phone number.
