The system won't accept my Postal Code (Tier 2)

When applying for Tier 2 verification, you’ll be asked to enter your address including your postal code.

If your postal code is not accepted by our system you can use the following suggestion to resolve the issue:

  • Try entering your province manually rather than from the drop-down menu.

Alternatively, if your address doesn't have a postal code, please use the following suggestion:

  • Try leaving the postal code field blank.
  • If that doesn't work, then just enter "1" or "10000". We'll figure it out for you.
