Change of Address

If you are not in Japan, you should still be able to deposit and withdraw successfully without making changes to your registered address. 

If you have moved and want to change your address associated with your Kraken account, please open a General Form support ticket here: https://support.kraken.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=96688

After we respond to your ticket, you may need to provide a proof of residence document for the new address.
