To withdraw an NFT from Kraken's NFT marketplace (kNFT) to Kraken Wallet:
- 1.Sign in to your account, and navigate to the NFT marketplace via the App Switcher.
- 2.Click on the My NFTs tab.
- 3.Click the Withdraw button and search for the NFT you wish to withdraw, then click it.Alternatively, you can also select an NFT and then click the Withdraw button on the right side of the page.
- 4.You will now arrive on the Withdraw page. Make sure the right NFT is selected in the dropdown or select an NFT if you have not done so.
- 5.The right blockchain will be selected automatically based on the NFT.
- 6.Select the Add new withdrawal address button.
- 7.Open Kraken Wallet and press the Receive button.
- 8.Identify the chain on which your NFT was minted. Select the chain address that is a match to your NFT.
For Ethereum or Polygon NFTs, select your ETH address:
For Solana NFTs, select your SOL address:
- 9.Return to kNFT and enter an address description and the selected address in the Withdrawal address field. Click the Add withdrawal address button.
- 10.Follow the instructions sent to your email to confirm the address.
- 11.Return to kNFT Withdraw page and click Withdraw.
Note: There will be a gas/withdrawal fee that is not charged by Kraken, but by the network. You must be able to pay all fees for withdrawal. If you need to fund your account to cover withdrawal fees, please account for the temporary withdrawal hold before the NFT can be successfully transferred.
- 12.To confirm the withdrawal click Continue.
