Notice of WARD migration

WARD is migrating to a new contract address on BNB Chain at a 1:1 rate. The ticker stays the same. Kraken will handle the migration for you, so you don’t need to take any action. Your WARD balance will not change.
Trading will not be interrupted. Only funding (deposits and withdrawals) will be paused. Funding of the legacy WARD token on BNB Chain will no longer be supported after the migration.

Timeline and Key Information
October 21, 2026 @ 14:00 UTC: WARD deposits and withdrawals will be paused. Do not send deposits of the legacy WARD token after this time.
October 23, 2026 @ 14:00 UTC: Deposits and withdrawals of the new WARD token contract will be enabled.
Migration rate: 1:1. The ticker stays WARD, and there is no change to client balances.
Legacy WARD on BNB Chain: Funding of the legacy token will no longer be supported after the migration. We recommend you review your saved addresses and update them as necessary.
