What is an Organizational Chart?
An Organizational Chart (also called a Corporate Structure document) shows the complete ownership structure of an entity, including its parent companies, subsidiaries, and the individual ultimate beneficial owner(s) (UBOs).
Why we need it
If your business is owned, directly or indirectly, by another company or individual, we need to understand the complete ownership structure, including all parent entities and the Ultimate Beneficial Owner(s) (UBOs). An Organizational Chart allows us to verify the ownership chain in a single document.
What the document must show
Requirement | Details |
